Money.com recently released their top 50 best places to live for 2020, and two Colorado cities have made their way into the top 20.  Those two cities are #18 Broomfield, Colorado and #2 Parker, Colorado.

Broomfield, Colorado #18

Located just 17.5 miles northwest from Denver, Broomfield offers residents an extraordinary school system.  Sitting at 5,344 feet above sea level, Broomfield manages over 290 miles of bike and walking trails and 63 parks.  A noted benefit is proximity to ski areas and other outdoor mountain activities.   Housing consists of starter homes, upscale custom, condos, townhomes and high-end apartments.   Furthermore, just 7 miles west of Broomfield is Boulder, Colorado.  Home to the University of Colorado, Google, Phizer and Zayo Group.

Parker, Colorado #2

Parker is roughly 25 miles southeast of Denver.  As the #2 Best Cities to live, Parker sits at 5,869 feet above sea level and offers residents ample bike and walking trails.  Once a sleepy “cow town”, Parker has grown over the last 20 years, providing residents with a mix of big box stores and locally owned boutiques.  Additionally, residents no longer have to travel outside of Parker to enjoy a great mean, with several unique restaurants to choose from.
