RESIDENTIAL VILLAGES ON THE EAST SIDE

Three residential villages and two mixed-use districts will be created on the east side of I-25 in RidgeGate. They include Central Village, Southeast Village, and Lyric at RidgeGate™, which will be the first to be developed. All three are within walking distance to the future Lone Tree City Center, the Lincoln Avenue Commercial District and the mixed-use Village Center which will include civic amenities, retail, and restaurants.

It is estimated that 8,000 residential units will be built on the east side, including 350 units of attainable housing. The neighborhoods will be accented with parks and plazas for outdoor movies, farmers’ markets and other community events. Residents will also enjoy access to a 65-acre regional park, 58 acres of village parks, 404 acres of open space, and 14.5 acres of public space in the future Lone Tree City Center.

LYRIC AT RIDGEGATE™

Shea Homes^®is the master homebuilder of the upcoming Lyric™ community. Shea, along with other select homebuilders, will be building approximately 1,900 homes near the RTD RidgeGate Station in Lone Tree. Homes will range from condos and townhomes to a variety of single family detached homes including two-story, ranches, cottages, and patio homes. Price points will cover a full spectrum representative of this market. Home styles and designs will sync with the topography of the land and provide urban character in this natural setting. WEST SIDE HOME BUILDING IS COMPLETE

The west side neighborhoods in RidgeGate are complete and include luxury rental apartments, townhomes, eco-smart single-family homes and large estate homes, which are periodically available for lease or resale. Resort-style senior living is available in MorningStar, which offers independent, assisted living and memory care housing and services.
