When asked about his small town,  Mayor Mike Waid of Parker comments; “Parker represents a unique blend of high quality of life, small town charm, thriving small businesses and incredible friendly neighbors.  It is no wonder we consistently rank high on national “Best Place to Live” lists, although many of our residents would argue that we are really #1.

Colorado has a few cities that were named to “Best Places to Live” lists in 2016.  Money Magazine listed three Colorado cities as best large communities, Highlands Ranch (#6), Centennial (#13) and Broomfield (#25).  US News & World Report recently named Denver as the top spot to live, citing the healthy job market, diverse culture and quality of life.
