  • About Kaiser Permanente Colorado

For more than 50 years, Kaiser Permanente has proudly worked to improve the health of all Coloradans by providing high-quality, affordable health care services. As one of America’s leading health care providers and non-profit1 health plans, we are built to be different.

Kaiser Permanente currently serves over 500,000 members across Colorado’s Front Range, with more than 1,300 physicians practicing in 40 specialties, from cancer care to mental health. At most of our 29 Colorado medical offices, you can see a doctor, fill a prescription, and get a lab test or X-ray — all under one roof. Hear from members about their great care at Kaiser Permanente Colorado.

We also contract with affiliated providers and offer an extensive suite of virtual care options, like 24/7 on-demand video visits and online chat with a clinician or mental health specialist, making it easy to get care at home or on the go.

As one of Colorado’s highest-rated health plans, our renowned doctors and care teams deliver care that is noted for its medical excellence.2 These teams make decisions collaboratively in our integrated health care system to provide care that’s personalized to your needs. Their work is supported by industry-leading technology, state-of-the-art care delivery, groundbreaking clinical research, and world-class chronic disease management.

    Our work in the community

There is an established link between the health of communities and the health of the people who live in them. Unmet social health needs — such as access to safe and stable housing or an available supply of culturally relevant, healthy food — can lead to higher rates of physical and mental health conditions.

That’s why at Kaiser Permanente we extend our whole-person approach to care beyond the walls of our medical offices and into the communities we serve. Our whole-community approach to improving health and equity for everyone is part of our mission as a nonprofit organization and a leading provider of health care.
