Colorado’s beauty, four glorious seasons and over 300 days of sunshine are just some of the reasons why people are choosing to relocate to the Centennial State.   With an unemployment rate of 2.7 in 2019, Denver’s average annual salary is $59,440 compared to the national average of $51,960.  It is no surprise these four Colorado cities were named Best Places to Live.

However, one thing to keep in mind is Colorado’s housing market.  As demand continues to rise for homes, the housing market is very competitive.  The average home price in Denver has reached a new high of $606,000.  According to several real estate agents, any home priced at $500,000 or below receive multiple offers and often sell for over asking price.

Don’t let the housing market scare you away from making the move to the Mile High City and surrounding areas.  Colorado’s active outdoor lifestyle is second to none!  You will not be disappointed with your decision to move here!  Colorado is one of the best places to live!
